General Information
The mineral magnesium activates around 300 enzymes in the human body that are responsible for numerous biochemical processes. Magnesium cannot be produced by the human body itself. Our magnesium needs are normally covered by a balanced diet. However, there are various factors, such as heavy sweating, heavy physical strain, long-term stress, unbalanced nutrition ( e.g. through long-term and one-sided diets), which can have a detrimental effect on optimal magnesium supply . In these cases, a nutritional supplement with magnesium, for example, is recommended. The magnesium citrate form (tri-magnesium di-citrate) contains twice as much elemental magnesium (16%) as simple magnesium citrate (8%).

Recommended consumption:
Take 4 capsules daily without chewing (two doses at least 4 hours apart) with sufficient liquid. Calcium should be taken at different times. The product may have a laxative effect.
