L-Tryptophan increases stress tolerance and has an antidepressant effect. Only with a sufficiently high level of this amino acid is the body able to produce the hormone serotonin. On the one hand, this is responsible for inner peace and balance. On the other hand, it is also the main hormone - only with enough serotonone can you be creative, productive and mentally alert.
Serotonin also has a variety of tasks as a messenger substance in the brain. Because it has a mood-enhancing effect and has a positive effect on emotions, it is also known as the happiness hormone.
Since our body cannot produce the amino acid tryptophan itself, but has to obtain it through food, it is called essential. It is also instrumental in controlling mood, sleep and appetite, so it could be useful for people with mood swings and/or sleep disorders.

Recommended consumption:
Take one capsule daily, morning or evening, whole, half an hour before or 2 hours after eating, with sufficient liquid.

If you are taking antidepressants, you should consult your doctor or therapist before taking them. Not suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children and young people. After taking the product, the ability to drive may be impaired.
